**Your main goals, profile, and description of position in brief**

You will get the opportunity to drive the transformation at leading automotive companies, battery manufacturing companies and LIB recyclers in Europe.

You will participate process of generation new business opportunities, identify new clients, initiate customer dialogues.

We expect you to bring technical interest and understanding as well as business talent. As a person you are curious, structured, love to execute and meet ambitious targets.

Communication skills, fast learning, and the ability to work in Start-Up environment with innovative product are key success factors.

In the role you will interact with and support our customers daily with both operational and administrative tasks as well as being involved in market analysis and new business opportunities identification. Junior Business Development Associate will report to regional, European Management and will assist the team to:
**Responsibilities**
- Commercial point of contact for customers
- Ability to analyse the market and identify potential clients, new market opportunities.
- Administration of daily commercial topics, reports, CRM, database, etc.
- Market analysis and sales process support
- Identify, investigate and follow up on qualified leads, convert them into tangible opportunities and bring drive them to signed contracts for the company in EU
- Participation in writing business proposals; draft and review client contracts
- Coordinate commercial and to some extent technical topics in sales, projects etc.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study. Master’s degree advantageous (Preferable field of education: Technical or Engineering, Management, Economics, Science)
- 1-3 years of experience from complex sales and/or project management, preferably from the Automotive/Renewable industry
- Previous battery metals trading experience / recycling machinery sales experience
- Not afraid to cold call
- Knows how to set up autonomous digital marketing campaigns.
- Work semi independently without having to be micro-managed.
- Learn and understand our technology and be able to present to potential Clients with confidence.
- Have some commercial awareness.
- Successful track record of securing strategic sales of engineered systems or components to automotive OEM’s.
- Self-motivated door opener and a team player
- Hands-on, detailed oriented leader who promotes a lean culture oriented towards action.
- Proficient in all forms of Microsoft office products
- Ability to react to adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
- Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Well-presented individual with strong interpersonal skills
- Experienced negotiator
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in an occasionally high-pressure environment.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Strong written, Oral Communication in German language is a must.
- Proficient in written English Language

**Salary**: 70,000.00€ - 90,000.00€ per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 48149 Münster: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
