**Your role**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support professional to join our Eastern Europe & Israel (EEI) team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and project assistance, specifically supporting the team managing the Israel accounts across multiple product categories, with a focus on Home Care and Beauty Care.
As the backbone of our sales operations, you will ensure the seamless coordination of customer requests, maintain strong customer relationships, and support strategic business growth.
**Customer Support & Coordination**
- Respond to customer requests in English, including inquiries about pricing, samples, documentation, and technical information.
- Serve as the key contact for customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth operations.
**Project Management**
- Allocate, update, and follow up on customer briefings in the Project Management System (PACE).
- Ensure deadlines are met and maintain a comprehensive project overview.
**Sales Operations**
- Prepare offers to customers, including price calculations.
- Administer accurate pricing and customer data in the Merchandise Management System (SAP).
- Evaluate fragrance submissions for customer projects in collaboration with business units.
**Logistics & Coordination**
- Coordinate the dispatch and tracking of samples, keeping customers updated.
- Organize and actively participate in customer visits, virtual sessions, and workshops, including preparation of materials and follow-up activities.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently in collaboration with Order Management.
**Strategic Support**
- Contribute to the Rolling Forecast procedure and annual budget process.
- Support negotiations and initiatives with key customers, including price increase preparation and compiling business development plans.
**Training & Development**
- Provide on-the-job training to trainees, apprentices, or new colleagues, fostering team growth.
**About you** Educational Background**:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- Basic knowledge of the fragrance industry.
- Proven experience with national/international accounts in sales, marketing, or customer service.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Fluent in English (German is an additional advantage).
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills) and Symrise systems (EIS, PACE, SAP,).
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments.
