**Deine Aufgaben als (Senior) Solution Expert Sustainability with focus on CO2 (w/m/d)**:
Als Solution Expert entwickelst du Konzepte und Lösungen, wie unsere Kunden ihre Lieferketten nachhaltiger, intelligenter und effizienter gestalten.
- Du erarbeitest Ideen und Konzepte, wie die Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen unserer Kunden durch SupplyOn umgesetzt werden können (Carbon Transparency, Decarbonization, CBAM)
- Hierzu arbeitest du eng mit unseren strategischen Kunden zusammen, identifizierst ihre Bedarfe und arbeitest den Customer Value heraus
- Parallel beobachtest und analysierst du Marktentwicklungen (Teilnahme Konferenzen, Webinare, Expertengremien, Recherche) und diskutierst diese mit den SupplyOn Nachhaltigkeitsexperten
- Basierend auf Ideenfindung und Prozessanalysen, beschreibst du Konzepte und Spezifikationen, designst Prototopen und evaluierst die technische Umsetzbarkeit mit den Entwicklungsabteilungen
- Während der Umsetzung berätst du die Product Owner und validierst, dass die Ergebnisse den erwarteten Zielen entsprechen

- Das Thema Nachhaltigkeit liegt dir am Herzen und dich begeistert die Möglichkeit, moderne Technologien zur Lösung dringender globaler Probleme zu nutzen
- Du hast erste Erfahrung im IT Umfeld (z.B. Design, Konzeption, Programmierung, Datenanalysen, User stories), idealerweise mit Bezug zu Supply Chain Management oder Nachhaltigkeit
- Dir gelingt es, Anforderungen von Kunden oder Regulatorik zu durchdenken, zu strukturieren und diese in Konzepte für eine Software-Lösung zu übertragen
- Du hast Spass am Austausch und Brainstorming in einem Team von Nachhaltigkeitsenthusiasten
- Du arbeitest gerne selbständig, kreativ, konzeptionell und interdisziplinär
- Deutsch und Englisch sprichst du fließend
