AeroLogic ist eine moderne stark wachsende Frachtfluggesellschaft mit Sitz am Flughafen Leipzig/Halle. AeroLogic wurde 2007 als Joint Venture der DHL Express und Lufthansa Cargo gegründet. Mit einer hochmodernen Flotte von 22 Boeing 777F werden überwiegend Ziele in Asien und den USA angeflogen. So fliegt AeroLogic beispielsweise täglich nach Hongkong oder mehrmals wöchentlich nach Bangkok, Singapur, Shanghai, Chicago und Los Angeles.

Für den Bereich Ground Operations sucht AeroLogic einen:
**Supervisor Ground Operations (M/F/x)**

**VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN**
- Überwachung der Bodenabfertigungsprozesse
- Vertretung der Interessen von AeroLogic bei der Bodenabfertigung in Bezug auf Sicherheit, Pünktlichkeit, Prozesseinhaltung
- Lokale Anlaufstelle und Prozesscoach für die beauftragten Dienstleister vor, während und nach der Bodenabfertigung
- Kontinuierliche Analyse und Verbesserung des Bodenabfertigungsprozesses
- Koordination zwischen Service Providern und internen Bereichen
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Flugbesatzungen
- Ad-hoc-Supportzuweisungen an andere Stationen innerhalb des AeroLogic-Netzwerks (z.B. Betriebsüberwachung, ad
- hoc Lademeistereinsatz, Station Coaching)

**WAS WIR ERWARTEN**
- Erfahrung in der Abfertigung von Großraumfrachtflugzeugen (B777 / B747 / MD11) sowie Kenntnisse der Bodenabfertigungsprozesse sind wünschenswert
- Konstante Bereitschaft sich neue Qualifikationen anzueignen
- Inhaber einer gültigen Gefahrgutqualifikation
- Überdurchschnittliches Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Kenntnisse gängiger Anwendungsprogramme (Outlook, Word, Excel...)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Bereitschaft für den Schichtdienst und zur Durchführung von Dienstreisen
