**YOUR ROLE**:

- Become a fully integrated member of an international and dynamic marketing team autonomously managing 37 brands in Europe and striving to shapoe the future of Henkel Consumer Brands
- Actively participate in the equity steering of unique brands in the category of laundry additives (colour catcher / dylon fabric dyes)
- Support decision-making processes by preparing data monitoring, strategic analytics and presentations
- Assist with product launches and relaunches, strategic analysis, market and consumer research, marketing mix initiatives, advertising communications (TV and digital)
- Manage regular reports and monitor, e.g. portfolio development, competitive actions, market shares, trend monitoring
- Collaborate with design, research and advertising agencies as well as the local and regional marketing team
- Shape and contribute to various actions bringing our purposeful growth agenda to life as well as independent projects

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Student who has successfully passed first semesters of a business-related bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results to date
- Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad is beneficial
- Excellent English language skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Open, proactive and a creative mindset as well as enthusiasm, diligence and reliability
- Highly motivated, self-organized and an ambitious team player with eagerness to learn

We offer you an attractive salary between € 800-1960 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
