**YOUR ROLE**:
- Collaboration with design-, trend-, advertising
- and digital agencies
- Project and innovation management in cooperation with all operational and technical departments
- International cooperation and portfolio management/ steering
- Support and define product’s strategic positioning
- Coordination of consumer research in the IC (=insect control) category
- Presentation of analysis and project development to top leadership
- Development of innovation from start to finish including concept, design, communication development, full launch support (mood video, POS material, sales folder, etc.) and follow-up of performances
- Deep analysis of consumers insights, financial KPIs, research, market data, competitor activity and financials in a fast growing category (market research, consumer panel analysis, P&L)
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- Student that has successfully passed first semesters of Marketing, Business Administration or other business related studies
- Fluent english language skills, german and other languages are advantageous
- Strong analytical skills, willingness to work in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated individual, who likes to face new challenges
- Passion for innovation, trends and social media
- Learning agility and high energy level complete the ideal profile
We offer you an attractive salary between € 800-2.025 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
