**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Selbständige Entwicklung von Konzepten und Präsentationen im Bereich (Marken-) Kommunikation
- Durchführung von Analysen und Entwicklung umfassender Markenstrategien zur Entwicklung oder Stärkung der Markenpositionierung
- Führung eines Konzept-/Strategie-Teams
- Erstellung umfassender Kommunikationspläne für verschiedene Kanäle (Digital, Print, Events).
- Entwicklung von Storytelling-getriebenen Content-Ansätzen
- Betreuung eigener Kundenprojekte in enger Abstimmung mit dem Kreativteam und den Consultants/Kundenberatern
- Vorbereitung, Durchführung, Nachbereitung von Ideensessions
- Herausragende Visualisierungen von Ideen und Themen in PowerPoint
- Leidenschaftliche und überzeugende Präsentation Deiner Ideen bei den Kolleginnen und Kollegen und vor Kunden

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation oder Marketing, z. B. Werbung, Journalismus, PR oder Unternehmenskommunikation
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position auf Agenturseite, bestenfalls im Bereich Konzeption & Strategie
- Analytisches Verständnis und Empathie für Markenarbeit im Hinblick auf das Zusammenspiel von Märkten, Produkt-/Leistungsversprechen und Zielgruppen
- Die Fähigkeit, interne/externe Kreativteams im Kreationsprozess zu führen und mit dem Account Management auf Augenhöhe zu interagieren
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine klar strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Motivation und Freude daran, durch Deine Impulse Großes zu bewirken
- Geduld und Hingabe, dein Wissen an Juniorinnen und Junioren, Trainees und Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten weiterzugeben und Fähigkeit, ein Team zu führen
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, vor allem in PowerPoint
- Du liebst und lebst Agentur, Kreativität und das WIR.
