**Discover your exciting role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Expert in HR Analytics, Projects & Controlling to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making processes, managing HR projects, and ensuring effective HR controlling. You will work closely with senior HR management to provide insights and recommendations that enhance our HR strategies and operations. You will have a direct impact on the global HR organization as part of Exyte’s global headquarters team in Stuttgart, Germany.
**Explore your tasks and responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain advanced HR analytics models and dashboards to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Lead and manage HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Oversee HR budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with organizational goals and foster continuous process improvement.
- Provide expert advice on HR metrics, analytics, and best practices, driving innovation in HR operations.
**Show your expertise**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- More than 3 years of experience in HR analytics, project management, and HR controlling.
- Proficiency in Python, Power BI, and HR analytics tools; SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver actionable results.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (German is a plus).
