Die Lost and Found Personalberatung
- und Vermittlung ist seit über 23 Jahren eine etablierte und im Markt bekannte Personalberatungsgesellschaft und Personalvermittlung für die internationale Hotellerie, Touristik, Hospitality Industrie und vielen anderen Branchen.

Schwerpunkt unserer Tätigkeit ist die Suche, Vorauswahl und Vermittlung von Fach
- und Führungskräften in alle Arbeitsbereiche der internationalen Hotellerie, Touristik, Hospitality Branche, Möbelindustrie, Lebensmittelindustrie, Zulieferindustrie und vielen anderen Branchen. Fachliche Kompetenz und Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen uns aus.

Aufgaben
- Entwickeln Sie die Verkaufsstrategie, passende Prozesse und Abläufe, die Sie und Ihr Team erfolgreich machen, um das Hotel optimal am Markt zu platzieren

\- Aufbau und Pflege von persönlichen Kundenkontakten und mit Geschäftspartnern
\- Erstellung von Businessplan, Sales
- und Marketingplan, Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Budget und Forecast
\- Marktbeobachtungen sowie die Erstellung von Mitbewerberanalysen
\- Hauptansprechpartner für alle Firmenkunden
- Verantwortung für die Akquise und die Neugewinnung von Firmenkunden
- Sie vertreten das Hotel bei verschiedenen Veranstaltungen und Sales-Aktionen
- Sie motivieren und führen Ihr Team

Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Sales & Marketing in der Hotellerie in gleicher oder ähnlicher Position
- Verhandlungssicherheit gegenüber Kunden und Partnern
- Eigeninitiative, gute Selbstorganisation und eine zielorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie sind eine herzliche, authentische und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
