**People Experience Team Facilitator & Assistant (m/w/d)**

**Wesentliche Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung der Abteilungen People Experience (PX) und HR Analytics & Reporting, um einen "Great Place to Work" für unsere eigenen Team-Mitglieder zu schaffen
- Unterstützung der Teams bei der Einführung und Umsetzung eines agilen und flexiblen Arbeitsplatzmodells
- Neue Kolleg*innen in unsere Teams onboarden und sie dabei unterstützen, ein lockeres, sympathisches und leistungsfähiges Arbeitsumfeld vorzufinden
- Nutzung, Weiterentwicklung und Konfiguration von den selbst genutzten digitalen Kollaborationsplattformen (z.B. Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint Online, unser soziales Intranet für alle Mitarbeiter*innen "Smart Connect", MURAL, Microsoft Viva Engage)
- Vorbereitung und Koordination von (virtuellen) Meetings/Workshops in Bezug auf Agenda-Management, Terminplanung, Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, Dokumentation und Nachbereitung von Meetings
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Vorbereitung und Organisation von Team-Events
- Unterstützung administrativer Prozesse (z.B. Budgetplanung und -verfolgung, Einkauf, Reporting)
- Unterstützung von People Experience
- und Data Analytics-Projekten

**Persönliche & fachliche Anforderungen**:

- Gute Projektmanagement-, Präsentations
- und Moderationsskills
- Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse im Bereich Digitalisierung und User/People Experience
- Begeisterung für agiles Arbeiten, digitale Kollaborationsplattformen (z.B. Mural, Microsoft 365) und gängige Office-Software
- Analytisches und ergebnisorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Sicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Deutsch wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte (Selbst-)Lernfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Empathie
- Hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation, Pragmatismus, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Zuverlässigkeit ("Can Do-Mentalität")
- Begeisterungsfähige*r, optimistische*r, belastbare*r und kreative*r Teamplayer*in mit einem ausgezeichneten Sinn für Humor
