**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Ein Sales Representative für Medizintechnik in Deutschland ist verantwortlich für den Vertrieb von medizinischen Geräten, Ausrüstungen und Instrumenten an Krankenhäusern, medizinische Einrichtungen, Arztpraxen und anderen Gesundheitsdienstleister. Zu den Aufgaben eines Sales Representative gehören:
- Akquise neuer Kunden und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
- Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen und Beratungsgesprächen mit potenziellen Kunden
- Angebotserstellung und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Überwachung der Verkaufszahlen und Erreichung von Umsatzzielen
- Teilnahme an Fachmessen und Networking-Veranstaltungen
- Schulung von Kunden in der Handhabung und Anwendung der Medizintechnik
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team bei der Entwicklung von Verkaufsstrategien und -kampagnen
- Berichterstattung an die Vertriebs
- oder Geschäftsleitung über Markt
- und Wettbewerbssituation
Ein Sales Representative für Medizintechnik benötigt Fachkenntnisse über die Produkte, die er oder sie verkauft, sowie ein starkes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen der Kunden im Gesundheitswesen. Vertriebserfahrung, Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind ebenfalls entscheidend für den Erfolg in dieser Rolle.

- Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit medizinischen Geräten der Beatmungs
- und Sauerstofftherapie
- Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich Medizintechnik
- Emphatisches Auftreten und den Blick für Kund*innenbedürfnisse
- Pflege der Kundenbeziehung durch regelmäßige persönliche Kontakte
- Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit klarer Kund*innenorientierung
- Führerschein Klasse B, Reisebereitschaft und Wohnsitz im Gebiet
