We are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of **Europe's most exciting locations** and many more projects under construction. We **break new ground** with our **Lean Luxury** **philosophy**, creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury. Our stylish Corporate Office in Munich bundles all construction, design, administrative and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel. The in-house Interior Department within the Technical Services Department designs, plans and implements tailor-made design concepts for each property. Each hotel plan is developed individually or with partial standards and refers to the property, its architecture, the location or its history.

**Trust us, you won't get bored, as you**:

- are responsible for the on-time and on-budget purchase, storage, delivery and logistics of all loose furniture, lighting and decorative elements as well as various projects
- take care of the purchasing and ordering of all FF&E services in the course of national and international hotel construction projects
- find the most interesting objects that match the design story of our hotels and support this story
- negotiate and prepare price guarantees for standardised products
- build up a network of vintage dealers and suppliers and prepare corresponding briefings
- search for and pre-select products and prepare presentations for decision making
- create project-specific interior budgets for the FF&E area
- take care of the coordination, interim storage and just-in-time delivery of products
- prepare FF&E project documentation including care instructions and cleaning instructions

**We've been waiting for you, since you have/are**:

- a degree or training in interior design or procurement
- at least 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position, international experience in English-speaking countries would be a nice-to-have
- an interest in vintage furniture and design eras as well as experience in creative work
- enjoying the organisation and coordination of projects
- a confident manner and a systematic approach among your strengths
- previous knowledge of logistics, economics and accounting
- business fluent in German and English
