**What will you do**:
As a **Learning Designer (M/F/d), **you will be creating high-quality training materials for our Fernride academy. You will be responsible for designing and developing engaging training content that meets the needs of our teleoperators and safety drivers for customer operations. You should have a passion for creating engaging, effective, and innovative learning experiences and be familiar with various training methodologies (e.g. blended learning), and possess excellent project management skills

**Leave your footprint by**:

- working closely with Product, Safety and Training operations experts to determine training needs and learning objectives.
- creating, designing and maintaining high-quality training materials, including class room sessions, e-learning, practical sessions, and blended learning solutions.
- collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure that the learning experience is engaging, and aligned with organisational goals and objectives

**What **you **will bring to the team?**:

- Relevant experience in instructional design, with a focus on developing training programs for adult learners/operators.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design theories, models, and best practices, as well as experience with learning management systems (LMS).
- Using various authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) to create and deliver training content.
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Trello, etc.).
- Familiarity with "operational safety" or related fields is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English language.
