- We are seeking a motivated **Team and Project Assistant (M/F/d)**to support our Product Management and international AgroService Team of Business Unit Sugarbeet at our headquarters in **Einbeck (Lower Saxony, Germany)**. In this dynamic, full-time role, you will take on a variety of organizational and facilitation tasks, including coordinating international working groups, all within an engaging and global environment. This position is available **immediately**, and we can't wait to welcome you to our team

**Your Tasks**:

- Organization and Facilitation of international Working Groups:

- Full responsibility for organizing meetings: invitations, topic requests, agenda preparation and submission, meeting minutes
- Document management and organization of team sites
- Internal and External Coordination:

- Organize regular and ad-hoc internal and external meetings, workshops and business trips, including execution and follow-up
- Plan and coordinate team events
- Ongoing communication and coordination with markets regarding internal and external queries
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Administrative and Operational Support:

- Interaction with global functions (handling invoices, IT support, onboarding new employees, calendar maintenance)
- Travel Management Support
- Cost Center Controlling (Assist with financial oversight and reporting)
- Material Preparation and Review:create, review, and translate presentations, add content and check quality of materials

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk, office communications clerk, or a comparable qualification with a focus on economics or marketing.
- Initial professional experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively within international teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a particular affinity for creating and refining PowerPoint presentations, experiences with SAP and MS Copilot are an asset
- Independent, detail-oriented working style, combined with reliability, flexibility, and strong intercultural competence
- Very good command of written and spoken English
