UNTERNEHMENSPROFIL

Für eine große internationale Unternehmensgruppe suchen wir eine/n durchsetzungsstarke/n Volljurist/in (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Zivilrecht, um ein juristisches Team zu verstärken. In dieser Position werden Sie für die Beratung und Vertretung des Unternehmens in zivilrechtlichen Angelegenheiten verantwortlich sein. Sie werden eng mit den internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern und Behörden zusammenarbeiten.

AUFGABENGEBIET
- Beim weiteren Aufbau der Rechtsabteilung vor allem im Zivilrecht und Datenschutz unterstützen
- Vorbereitende Litigation im Zivilrecht und außergerichtliche Verhandlungen
- Arbeitsabläufe innerhalb der Rechtsabteilung aufbauen und optimieren
- Internes Stakeholdermanagement
- Compliance Maßnahmen schaffen und optimieren

ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes Jurastudium und erfolgreich abgelegtes zweites Staatsexamen
- Erste Berufserfahrung als Volljurist/in mit Schwerpunkt Zivilrecht und/oder Datenschutz
- Kenntnisse im Zivilrecht und/oder Datenschutz sowie in relevanten und angrenzenden Rechtsgebieten
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu erfassen und präzise zu kommunizieren
- Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
