**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Du unterstützt bei der Einrichtung der physischen Infrastruktur des Rechenzentrums vor Ort
- Du bist für die Installation, den Austausch und die Fehlerbehebung von Kabeln und Hardware zuständig
- Du arbeitest mit Datenträgern wie Festplatten, Solid State Drives usw.
- Du arbeitest in einer ticketbasierten Umgebung
- Du nutzt für die Bewegung von Geräten Stapler oder andere Hilfsmittel
- Du unterstützt bei Bedarf die Datacenter Inventory and Asset Management Teams (DIAT) beim Versand und Empfang von Produkten sowie der Bestandsverwaltung
- Du übernimmst spannende, auf deine Fähigkeiten und Bedürfnisse zugeschnittene, Sonderaufgabe

**Ihr Profil**:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und/oder bringst bereits umfangreiche Erfahrung bei der Wartung von technischen Geräten oder Maschinen mit
- Du kennst dich mit Computerhardware und -komponenten aus
- Du verfügst über umfangreiche Erfahrung im Support von IT-Geräten oder verwandten Technologien
- Du hast Erfahrung in einer produktiven, unternehmenskritischen 24x7x365-Rechenzentrumsumgebung
- Du bringst Zertifizierungen z.B. in CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+) oder Basic Structure Cabling (BSC) mit
- Du bist bereit deine technischen Fähigkeiten stets weiterzuentwickeln und zeichnest dich durch eine sichere und effiziente Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus
- Du bist körperlich fit und in der Lage, häufig zu stehen, zu gehen, zu heben und in der Höhe zu arbeiten, mit oder ohne Unterstützung von Geräte
