Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Natural Sciences or similar field
- Previous work experience in the field of AIR
- Intra-logistics & Lean Management skills
- Ability to drive complex analysis, to provide end-to-end solutions from conception through completion, to make data driven decisions and to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
- Fluent English (verbal and written communication)

We are seeking for a process improvement specialist with passion and skills in field and program management to join our team of EU AIR Ground Ops which is part of the larger family EU Amazon Transportation Services. You want to strive hard enabling our growth by setting up the right strategic direction, structure and mechanisms together with various stakeholders. You will work closely with Safety, WW AIR teams, EU Central PI teams, Tech, Finance and Procurement working ALWAYS backwards from our customer, which is internally in our case AIR. The role’s primary tasks for you is to define and analyze our AIR processes and critical interfaces with the output to drive measurable standardization, compliance and process improvement with support of automation and innovation. You are able to look outside of the box to think big and to invent and simplify with sustainable solutions that touch the heart of operations and with it our customers. You drive for speed and you are not afraid to be misunderstood for a while if it’s an idea you are burning for that will support operations in making our customer promises faster and more reliable happening. You take advantage of project management tools and analytical methods to quantify and prioritize tasks. You have a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and a good technical and process understanding. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills: Knowing how to set up a structured and lean white paper/narrative is essential. The job is yours Apply. Key job responsibilities 1. Develop mechanisms and targets to improve and innovate EU AIR Ground Ops Integration. Ensure that the benefits of your work are clearly constituted, quantified on your customer value, prioritized and delivered/executed on time, to specification and on budget. 2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholder, provide regular status updates and escalate issues and concerns in a timely manner. On risk and issues, identify and evaluate their impact and determine and execute appropriate corrective measures for resolution. 3. Create ways to document, simplify and share reports and process standards in a way that make adoption simple for geographically dispersed teams as well as to lean report generation.
