**WAS ERWARTET DICH**:
Der Aviation Security Senior Professional Training (m/w/d) ist für die Administration und Durchführung von Luftsicherheitsschulungen (nach Einarbeitung) zuständig. Zu Beginn unterstützt du den Senior Supervisor Training in der Organisation von Schulungen und der Prozessentwicklung, um nach der Einarbeitungsphase (ca. 9 Monate) und nach dem Erhalt der Ausbilderzulassung selbstständig als Senior Supervisor Training zu fungieren.
- Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung der aktuell erforderlichen Trainingsauflagen im Bereich Aviation Security:

- Bedarfsprüfung und Bereitstellung von Schulungen über die verfügbaren Lernplattformen
- Einkauf und Kommunikation mit bestehenden Vertragspartein und Behörden
- Beantragung von Prüfungsabnahmen durch das Luftfahrt-Bundesamt für die Kontrollkräfte am Standort der EAT
- Dokumentation von Schulungsnachweisen und der Erstellung von Reports über Datenbanken
- Bereitschaft nach der Einarbeitung selbständig Luftsicherheitsschulungen (z.B. 11.2.6) durchzuführen am Standort Leipzig und ggf. Außenstationen
- Technischer Support für die Bereitstellung der Onlineschulungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Fachabteilung
- Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung von Schulungsinhalten
- Überwachung der Fortbildungsanforderungen für Kontrollkräfte mittels bestehender KPIs
- Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
- Unterstützung des Bereiches „Global“ hinsichtlich weiterer Luftsicherheitsschulungen auf den Außenstationen

**WAS DU MITBRINGST**:

- Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Luftsicherheit / Verwaltung / Logistik oder Studium oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Luftsicherheit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Spaß und Freude an der Präsentation von Ideen, Konzepten und Schulungen
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Servicebereitschaft
- Erste Erfahrungen / hohes Interesse im Bereich des nationalen und internationalen Sicherheitsgesetzgebung (z. B. D, EU) einzuarbeiten
- Gute Kenntnisse von MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie ein solides Verständnis im Umgang mit Datenbanken
- Bereitschaft und Interesse sich in neue Software und Technologien einzuarbeiten
- Erste Erfahrungen als Trainer:in, Mentor, Coach, Speaker im Bereich Luftsicherheit oder vergleichbaren Berufsfeldern wünschenswert
