As a Commercial Finance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with the sales organization and regional finance teams to drive profitability and achieve our annual goals in the wholesale sales organization. Your expertise in financial processes, planning, and performance insights will be instrumental in guiding our business towards continued success.**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc actionable commercial insight to stakeholders, supporting overall business management & decision-making
- Act in partnership with the Head of Commercial Finance to deliver business performance targets in the wholesale and concessions channels; proactively driving insight, supporting, and challenging business assumptions
- Align regional financial planning and forecasting with market sales and operational plans. Work with regional FP&A teams to validate, adapt, and record detailed and top-down planning
- Model, record, and track internal projects and business cases together with the Head of Commercial Finance to drive investment efficiency/utilization balanced with short and medium-term financial planning
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of 1-3 years in commercial finance, FP&A, and/or controlling functions
- Ability to business partner and collaborate with commercial teams
- Resilient, proactive, persuasive, and determined to make an impact
- Experience in international environments of consumer/lifestyle products
- Strong organizational skills and strong analytical capabilities
- Knowledge of Hyperion or other reporting and planning systems (e.g., financial management software), SAP, Windows (Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics
- Fluent in both English and German; knowledge of any additional European language is an advantage
