Als Mitarbeiter im **First Level Support (m/w/d)** bist Du ein wichtiger Baustein an unserem Standort in Kamp-Lintfort Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden bei technischen Problemen und Du kannst diese mit Deinem Know-How und Charme eigenständig lösen.
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Klassifizierung von Kundenanfragen und selbstständige Einordnung des Problems
- Eigenständige Lösung des Problems oder Weiterleitung an den „Second Level“
- Im Falle einer Weiterleitung: Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Support-Tickets
- Dokumentation der Kundensysteme
- Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen
**Dein Profil**:
- Eine fachbezogene, abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik) mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung
- Fundierte Erfahrung / Kenntnisse im Windows-Umfeld (Server & Clients) sowie wünschenswert im ERP- und Webshop-Bereich (SAP, Magento, TradePro, etc.)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, SQL-Servern und Windows Clients / Server
- Bonuspunkte gibt es für Kenntnisse im Bereich XML und im Scripting (Powershell / SQL)
- Folgende Soft-Skills: Sympathisches Auftreten und Kommunikation; Problemlöser-Mentalität sowie technisches Verständnis - Dazu gute Englischkenntnisse
