**Company overview**

**Role Description**:

- This position is to provide administrative support to the Investment Banking Division in our Frankfurt office
- Significant phone contact at a senior level, both with clients and internally
- Extensive use of Outlook to include Inbox management
- Extensive and complex diary management and meeting co-ordination (with several complex diaries to manage)
- Extensive and complex travel arrangements: co-ordination of flights, tickets, FX, accomodation and ground transportation
- Providing absence cover to other team member as required

**Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required**:

- German and English language essential.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and to work on own initiative in an extremely busy environment where constant reprioritisation is required
- Very effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone manner.
- Proactive, flexible team player with well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly learn to navigate the organisation
- Confident in dealing with senior individuals and able to get focus as necessary
- Organised and detail oriented.
- Well developed awareness of the importance of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and solid secretarial skills.
- Experience of working at an Investment Bank or similar environment is preferred.
