Das Campaign/Projektmanagement Team ist für die Koordinierung und Steuerung von Muli-Channel Projekten unserer Kunden verantwortlich. In Ihrer Rolle als Teamlead führen und coachen Sie die Teammitglieder (9 Personen) und sind übergeordnet verantwortlich für die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden und die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Abläufen.

Neben der Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Tagesgeschäftes und der Projektorganisation im Team, geben Sie neue Impulse bezogen auf Entwicklungen im E-Mail Marketing, Definition von Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterentwicklung und sind übergreifender Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden.

**IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Koordinierung und Steuerung von personalisierten Multi-Channel Kampagnenprojekten und kundenspezifische Designprojekten
- Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Motivation des Campaign/Projektmanagement-Teams (9 Personen): Führen von Feedback
- und Einstellungsgesprächen, Knowledge Sharing, Monitoring, Einarbeitung, Coaching und Teamentwicklung, etc
- Steuerung von zielgruppenspezifische Preference Center und Customer Journey basierte Lifecycle Automationen
- Durchführung von Kundenworkshops und Beratung zu Online Marketing Best Practices
- Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Kundenzufriedenheit
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Team Leads im Full Service Bereich (Grafik, Konzeption und Campaign Specialists)
- Aktive Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Projektmanagement Standards

**IHR PROFIL**:

- 4+ Jahre Erfahrung im Projekt
- oder Campaign Management, idealerweise im Agenturbereich
- Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und Menschenkenntnis und Freude daran, Menschen zu motivieren, zu entwickeln und zu fördern
- Freude am strukturierten und zielorientierten Arbeiten und Erreichen von KPI´s
- Fähigkeit Prozesse zu analysieren, zu optimieren oder zu entwickeln
- Gewissenhafte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hervorragendes Selbst
- und Zeitmanagement
- „Can do“ Einstellung
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
