Als mittelständischer, stetig wachsender Verbund gestalten wir gemeinsam mit motivierten Kolleginnen und Kollegen die Entwicklung unserer Kleintierpraxen in ganz Deutschland.

Vom Headquarter in der Hamburger Innenstadt aus entwickeln, steuern und betreuen wir unsere Praxen im ganzen Bundesgebiet. Für unsere Teams Business Development und Finance suchen wir eine studentische Unterstützung mit (finanz)wirtschaftlichem Bezug und Praxiserfahrungen in diesen Bereichen.

Wir bieten spannende Aufgaben direkt in der Unternehmensführung und -steuerung:

- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und des zentralen Teams in den Bereichen Finanzen & Controlling, M&A / Business Development
- Erstellung von Finanzanalysen und Aufbereitung von Daten für die Unternehmenssteuerung und unser internes Reporting
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Strukturen und Tools
- Unterstützung bei Praxis-Akquisitionen und der Integration von Praxen in den Verbund
- Erstellung von Finanzmodellen und Präsentationen
- Unterstützung bei Projekten und Wachstumsinitiativen
- Ad-hoc Analysen und CEO-Themen wie z.B. Marktrecherchen, Business Intelligence, Prozessoptimierung, etc.
