- und Marketing-Teams wird. Dein Hauptaugenmerk wird auf der Gestaltung der Outbound-Maßnahmen liegen:
Du entwirfst und verfeinerst segmentierte B2B-Kampagnen, die auf unser Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Team, zugeschnitten sind. Direkt angegliedert an das EMEA Demand Generation Team bist Du für die Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien und die Einführung segmentbasierter Kampagnen in großem Maßstab verantwortlich, um den Umsatz innerhalb von NinjaOne zu steigern. Diese Rolle erfordert ausgeprägte Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung bei der Erstellung von Content, sowie die Fähigkeit Beziehungen zu funktionsübergreifenden Stakeholdern aus Vertrieb, Marketing und anderen Abteilungen aufzubauen. Du bist dafür verantwortlich sicherzustellen, dass Kampagnen in allgemeine Marketinginitiativen integriert und ordnungsgemäß kommuniziert werden.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du arbeitest mit dem Marketing
- und Vertriebsentwicklungsteam zusammen, um Kampagnen und Playbooks für das Outbound-SDR-Team zu planen, durchzuführen und kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Du definierst, verfolgst und analysierst die Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) für alle Kampagnen
- Bei Bedarf unterstützt du das Sales-Team mit Schulungen, um sicherzustellen, dass es über die Fähigkeiten und das Wissen verfügt, um die durch Vertriebsentwicklungskampagnen generierten Leads effektiv zu verfolgen
- Du entwickelst gezielte Verkaufsbotschaften, Marketinginhalte, Kampagnen, Werbeaktionen und Kadenzen mit Schwerpunkt auf Personalisierung und Spezifikation
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Produktmarketing zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Positionierung und Botschaften von NinjaOne über alle ausgehenden Vertriebskanäle präzise und effektiv kommuniziert werden
- Du verwaltest mehrere Kampagnen gleichzeitig, priorisierst die Aufgaben und stellst sicher, dass alle Kampagnen werden in allgemeine Marketinginitiativen integriert
- Du arbeitest mit dem Marketing-Team zusammen, um die Verkaufsentwicklung sicherzustellen. Kamapgnen werden in allgemeine Marketinginitiativen integriert
- Du verfolgst, analysierst und dokumentierst die Kampagnen-Performance und nutzt die Daten, um die Kamapgneneffektivität kontinuierlich zu optimieren und zu verbessern
- Du recherchierst Branchentrends und Best Practices in der Vertriebsentwicklung und bringst neue Ideen und Ansätze in das Team ein
- Du verwendest den Vertriebs
- und Marketing-Technologie-Stack wie Salesforce, Salesloft, 6sense, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo und mehr
- Du verkörperst eine teamorientierte Denkweise und bist bestrebt, zum Erfolg des Vertriebsteams und des Unternehmens als Ganzes beizutragen

**Über Dich**
- Mehr als 1+ Jahr nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Durchführung erfolgreicher Vertriebsentwicklungsinitiativen, strategischer Vertriebsleitfäden oder damit verbundene Erfahrung in B2B-Vertriebs
- und Marketingteams
- Starke Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Koordinierung funktionsübergreifender Teams
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch sowie die Fähigkeit, Kampagnenziele und -Ergebnisse sowohl internen als auch externen Stakeholdern klar zu formulieren
- Kenntnisse in Marketing-/ Vertriebsautomatisierungstools und Datenanalysesoftware mit der Fähigkeit, die Kampagnen-Performance zu verfolgen, zu analysieren und darüber zu berichten, sind ein großes Plus
- Fähigkeit, kreativ zu denken und neue Ideen einzubringen und gleichzeitig in der Lage zu sein, innerhalb etablierter Prozesse und Systeme zu arbeiten
- Ausgezeichnete Zeitmanagement
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu verwalten und enge Fristen einzuhalten
- Erfahrung mit Copywriting
- Erfahrung in IT- oder MSP-Software (bevorzugt)
- Erfahrung mit Asana oder einem ähnlichen Projektmanagement-Tool (bevorzugt)
