**Deine Hauptaufgaben im neuen Job**:
- Bearbeitung und Buchung aller anfallenden Geschäftsvorfälle (Bank, Kreditoren, Debitoren, Anlagen...)
- Kontenabstimmung in Haupt
- und Nebenbüchern
- Erstellung des Monatsabschlusses
- Korrekte Datenbereitstellung im Konsolidierungssystem von DHL (CREST)
- Unterstützung des CFO bei der Jahresabschlussprüfung und Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern
- Unterstützung des CFO im Budgetierungsprozess
- Proaktive Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung der bestehenden Prozesse
**Das bringst du mit**:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bilanzbuchhalter/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB/IFRS
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Kenntnisse der Systeme FLOW und CODA, sowie Coupa TM5 vorteilhaft
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Belastbarkeit in Zeiten mit hohem Arbeitsaufkommen (bspw. Monatsabschluss)
