Head of Global Quality (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Definition und Abstimmung von Qualitätssicherungsstrategie und -zielen mit dem VP Global Operations und dem Global Operations Management Team
- Sicherstellen und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsstandards an den weltweiten Produktionsstandorten
- Weiterentwicklung vorhandener Systeme zur Ableitung von Maßnahmen (SAP, BDE, IT-Anwendungen)
- Optimierung von Verfahrensabläufen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Qualitätsstandards, Qualitätsperformance und Prozesse
- Agiert an der Schnittstelle zwischen unterschiedlichen Prozessen, um das bestmögliche Qualitätsergebnis zu erlangen
- Koordination von Problemlösungsaktivitäten, Definition und Verfolgung von Maßnahmen
- Schnittstelle, Abstimmung und Koordinierung mit dem Einkauf, Engineering und anderen Fachabteilungen (z.B. neue Lieferanten, neue Materialien,)
- Schnittstelle und Ansprechpartner zu anderen Divisions und deren Standorte
- Fachliche Führung der Qualitätsleiter/ -verantwortlichen an den weltweiten Fertigungsstandorten
- Erarbeitung von Trainingsplänen für die Qualitätsorganisation zusammen mit den Standortverantwortlichen
- Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der Quality Tools an den Standorten
- Einführung von Best-Practice-Verfahren weltweit
- Konsolidierung und Reporting von Qualitäts-KPI
- Durchführung der Qualitätsreviews mit den Standorten
- Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung globaler Befundungsstandards
- Auditierung und Reporting der Nachhaltigkeit von Abstellmaßnahmen
- Einleitung von Eskalationsmeetings bei Kundeneskalation nach SOP
- Treiber der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Produktqualität

Ihr Profil:

- Technisches Studium mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Prozessverständnis und strukturiertes Vorgehen
- Tiefgreifendes technisches Verständnis
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Führung globaler Teams in einer Matrixorganisation
- SixSigma, Black Belt Ausbildung
- gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen VDA, ISO,
- gute Kenntnisse der Qualitätsmethoden wie FMEA, 8D Analyse, Ishikawa, etc.
- ggf. Ausbildung als (Co-)Auditor für Qualitätsmanagement
- sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP R/3, etc.)
- verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse und internationale Reisebereitschaft
- Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter/innen zu begeistern und die Veränderungsprozesse gemeinsam voranzutreiben
- Projektmanagementkompetenz durch mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in interdisziplinären Projekten
- analytische und planerische Denkweise, Kooperationsfreudigkeit, Objektivität, Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität sowie eine eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- ausgezeichnetes Organisations
