The Chair of Applied Solid State Physics at the Faculty of Physics and Astronomy is looking for a

**PhD student (m,f,x) for the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2027 (end of project) with 29,8725 hours per week, TV-L E13**:
The work will be done at RUB in the faculty for physics and astronomy. The research group works on fundamental experimental solid state research, material science and the development of new semiconductor quantum devices.

Quantum experiments will be performed in collaboration with national and international top research groups.
