Aufgaben
- Als Sales Representative - Schwerpunkt Immobilien verantwortest Du den gesamten telefonischen Verkaufsprozess unserer Dienstleistung an vielversprechende Geschäftskunden und führst diese erfolgreich zur Vertragsunterschrift
- Du identifizierst bei potenziellen Kooperationspartner: innen die richtigen Hebel sowie Motive und setzt genau dort an, um diese von uns und unseren Lösungen zu begeistern
- Du etablierst Aroundhome als Wachstumsmotor bei unseren Kund: innen und bestimmst somit Dein erfolgsbasiertes Gehalt ganz einfach selbst
- Du beweist Dich durch den Ausbau Deines Kundenportfolios als Abschlussprofi und trägst maßgeblich zum Erfolg sowie zur Weiterentwicklung von Aroundhome bei
- Du berätst Partner: innen auf Augenhöhe und bist stets über aktuelleTrends, Änderungen, Information im Markt informiert
- Du unterstützt Deinen Team Lead bei der Forecast Erstellung und beim Definieren der Abteilungsziele in Zusammenarbeit mit Sales Steering
Anforderungen
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbilung in den Bereichen Dialogmarketing, Einzelhandel, Versicherungen, Immobilien, Gastronomie oder Vergleichbarem
- Du kannst bereits erste Erfolge im Vertrieb vorweisen und bringst ein hohes Maß an Motivation mit, Dich in diesem Bereich weiterzuentwickeln
- Du überzeugst durch Deine starke Argumentation sowie Deinem positiven Auftreten und Du behältst jederzeit Deine Souveränität, um auch Entscheidungsträger: innen höchster Ebene für Dich zu gewinnen
- Du setzt Dir ambitionierte Ziele und bist bekannt für Deinen ausgeprägten Ehrgeiz sowie Deine selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Du willst Deine und die Erfolge Deines Teams gemeinsam feiern und bringst dafür genau die richtige Portion Humor mit ;)
Was wir bieten
