**Responsibilities**:
As an experienced and dynamic **Head of Marketing**, your strategic thinking, creativity and leadership skills will guide our marketing initiatives, helping us ensuring our position as the strongest innovation network in Europe and grow our community of innovators, founders and investors.

In this role, you will be leading and contributing to our small but powerful marketing team which includes our Art Director, Brand and Social Media Manager and Communications Manager to meet top-level marketing and channel objectives.

Operationally will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance our online presence, improve search engine rankings, and drive targeted traffic to our website. You will play a crucial role in increasing our brand and marketing efforts and your expertise in SEO combined with your online marketing skills will be instrumental in driving our digital marketing efforts to success.

As a team lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery from your team, creating workflows and systems to guarantee that campaigns are delivered to deadline and with your unique creative flair. You will foster open team communication and team happiness through your supportive management style.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- You support in the development and execution of the yearly Marketing Campaigns Calendar, designing and integrating marketing campaigns and implementing them with the team, focusing on growing brand awareness for the business, as well as leads for our product portfolio.
- You will oversee and manage the Marketing team, empowering them to deliver first-class work as well as fostering a dynamic and supportive team spirit.
- You are the bridge between the marketing department and other company departments, representing your team's needs and being responsible for the delivery of marketing activations for other departments as necessary.
- You manage the Factory Berlin website as a marketing channel, optimizing the content created by the marketing team for optimal on-page SEO.
- You identify the most relevant and effective keywords to target for organic search campaigns, based on analysis of search volume, competition, and relevance to the business's offerings.
- You conduct regular SEO audits of the website to identify areas for improvement in site structure, content, meta tags, URLs, and more, ensuring the site is optimized for search engines.
- Paid Advertising: You manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, such as Google Ads and social media ads, optimizing for maximum ROI through keyword selection, ad copy, and targeting adjustments.
- You use analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make informed decisions to optimize marketing efforts and budget allocation.
- You are the main stakeholder on key partnership accounts, liaising with the client, and supporting the Head of Growth & Partnerships, in proposing and executing compelling marketing activations to support our partners.
- You conduct market research and initiate product tests.
- You will work on the corporate strategy and the annual operational and budget planning as well as on realizable performance and growth targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Professional experience (3+ years) in SEO and Online Marketing Management
- Strong understanding of current SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and online marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- You have strong communication skills and work in a structured and meticulous manner
- You are creative and extremely solution-oriented.
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret and leverage data to inform strategies and decisions.
- You are a team player with a high degree of autonomy
- You have a passion for and understanding of entrepreneurial communities, are visionary and have the development of the brand and the community in mind at all times.
- Business fluent English round off your qualifications. German is a plus.
