The Family History Department of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints enables inspiring user journeys that bring joy to all people as they discover, gather, and connect their family - past, present, and future. All services we offer help patrons to draw closer to the Savior and unite families for eternity.
- Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and supervise senior service missionaries and volunteers.
- Patron Support: Oversee service delivery, but also provide direct patron support, address patron concerns, be the escalation point for the volunteer workforce.
- Project Management: Oversee commencement and execution of records and tree improvement projects, manage training and recruitment of volunteers
- Administrative Duties: Maintain documentation, prepare reports, and assist with other administrative duties.
- Strong commitment to the mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-days Saints.
- Experience in customer support roles would be desirable.
- Education, such as a Bachelor’s degree in related fields would be an advantage.
- Administrative skills (including Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent interpersonal skills in leading teams and working as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written). Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian will be essential.
- Experience with family history or in the genealogy industry is a plus.
