As a Product Owner (f/m/x) for our European Tax Squad, you will be the leading voice on vision, value, and prioritisation for tax-related change delivery for our European branches. You will also take the Theme Integrator role for a major tax automation initiative in Germany, which requires a project management skillset.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Act as Product Owner for our EMEA Tax delivery squad you will be responsible to provide the squad with a clear vision and priorities through our quarterly planning process and regular stand-ups and backlog refinement sessions.
- You take ownership of the visualisation of the Book of Work, in our standard delivery and project management tools, primarily Jira, Confluence, and Clarity.
- You will be the key go-to person for all Tax related topics covering Germany, Italy, and Spain.
- You act as Theme Integrator for a large German Tax automation project.
- You will lead the project covering all aspects of project management, including stakeholder management, scope management, requirements capture and refinement, estimation, delivery planning, and overseeing execution through “right-sized” project governance, seeking an optimal balance between effectiveness and efficiency.

**Your skills and experiences**
- Exposure to working in an Agile environment - writing Features, participating in Sprint planning and refinements. Prioritize and track requirements.
- Experience with the role of Product Owner, understanding the client's needs and stipulating the product requirements. Prioritize and track the requirements and their setup.
- Experience in Project Management - planning, set up, and approval of a project. Coordinate and delegate where appropriate. Provide transparency to the management and forward information and decisions to the project.
- Experience in the Financial industry, possibly Custody Business, is beneficial, Experience in the Tax area is highly valuable.
- Ability to communicate efficiently with technical and business stakeholders and being able to productively communicate with all profiles in a multidisciplinary team in German and English.
