Technical problem solving for structural, electrical and mechanical components and systems during production Documentation and commissioning of outstanding remaining work on the construction site or individual aircraft sections Identifying, analysing and solving recurring technical problems through joint planning, production control and process design Achievement of corporate goals in the respective area Ensuring continuous improvements in the operating process Eliminating non-conformities in ongoing production with regard to design specifications and technical regulations Researching drawings, references, parts, tools and documentation using current IT systems Requirements Successfully completed technician or specialist training as an aircraft mechanic or mechatronics technician Alternatively, a completed technical degree Several years of professional experience in the areas of work preparation, scheduling / material procurement, manufacturing / production, production planning / control and line side support Detailed user knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace Business fluent in German and English Willingness to work in a 2-shift system Work permit for the European Union available ServicesOptimum work-life balance –perfect balance between work and life thanks to adaptable working time models
