**Ihre Tätigkeit umfasst folgende Aufgabenschwerpunkte**
- Sie betreuen als Sales Director eigenverantwortlich die Mandatsakquise, die Ansprache relevanter Investoren sowie die Realisierung der Transaktionsabschlüsse
- Sie erarbeiten nachhaltige Strategien, Case Studies und Business Pläne anhand welcher zukünftige Investitionsentscheidungen abgeleitet und realisiert werden
- Sie sind verantwortlich für das Stakeholdermanagement und die aktive Ansprache relevanter Investoren, Kreditgeber und Käufergruppen
- Sie entwickeln zur Portfoliooptimierung gemeinsam mit Ihren Kollegen*innen Investment
- und Risikoprozesse weiter

**Das bringen Sie mit**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanz
- oder Immobilienwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Real Estate Financing Umfeld (z.B. Debt, Bankenwesen, Hedges, Funds, Private Equity)
- Nachweisbaren Track Record im Real Estate Financing, insbesondere in der Mandatsakquise
- Belastbares und bereichsübergreifendes Netzwerk mit Zugang zu Investoren, Finanzierungspartnern, Banken und verschiedenen Käufergruppen
- Ausgeprägte Vertriebsaffinität, sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und eine hohe analytische Kompetenz
- Verbindliches Auftreten und professionell in der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern in deutscher und englischer Sprache
