The core business is project development, technical and commercial management as well as maintenance of wind and photovoltaic parks on the international market with focus on Europe. Since 1996 VSB has built more than 700 wind energy and photovoltaic plants, currently manages over 1.4 GW in technical management and maintains over 450 wind energy turbines annually. More than 300 employees at many locations and service bases worldwide are dedicated to the green energy supply.
To complement our team, we are looking for a:
**Chief of Staff (m/w/d)**:
**YOUR MAIN TASKS**:
- Supporting the management team in their daily tasks and decision-making processes
- Managing and coordinating the executive team's calendars and schedules
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the management team
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Conducting research and analysis to support the management team in their decision-making processes
- Drafting and editing business correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the management team
- Managing confidential and sensitive information and documents
- Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Providing administrative support to the management team, including managing budgets and expenses
- Representing the company at external events and functions.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have an academic degree (for example in economics or business administration).
- In the last years you have been able to gain professional experience in a similar field of activity, ideally in the renewable energy sector.
- Your knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) is good.
- Very good knowledge of English and German is a part of your skills.
- Your affinity for numbers as well as your reliability, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure are what makes you stand out.
- A conscientious and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of customer orientation complete your profile.
