**Tasks**
Mercedes-Benz Global Training is responsible for qualification and knowledge management at Mercedes-Benz dealerships worldwide. To this end, we use the most advanced digital methods and are constantly on the lookout for innovative solutions to optimally support our colleagues in the dealerships. As the marketing team, we inspire people in Mercedes-Benz Retail to learn and ensure that they have the knowledge they need at their fingertips at all times.

Your tasks in the Marketing Communication team will include
- You will get to know the development of a brand and communication strategy as well as the design and use of 360° communication tools on various channels - And this in an international environment
- You will support us and our agencies in the development of communication campaigns and ensure that they meet the exact requirements of our target groups
- You will also be involved in the planning and implementation of film and photo shoots
- Do you have your own ideas? Bring them in and implement them And be proud of your successes
**Qualifications**
- Degree in communications or media studies or a comparable course of study
- Confident written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident handling of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Commitment, ability to work in a team and enthusiasm
- Enthusiasm for design, layout and innovative visual language
