Im Rahmen der Weiterentwicklung unserer People Business Partners Funktion suchen wir einen engagierten und erfahrenen **Head of PBP für die MEDIFOX DAN Gruppe** in Deutschland. In dieser Funktion sind Sie für die **Leitung des People Business Partnering-Teams** verantwortlich. Sie berichten an den Senior Director PBP, Deutschland, und sind zuständig für Business Partnering auf der Ebene des Senior Managements, für die fachliche Expertise im Bereich HR sowie für das Personalmanagement.

**Verantwortungsbereiche**:

- Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften aus dem gesamten Unternehmen sowie dem Personalteam bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer umfassenden Personalstrategie, die auf die allgemeine Unternehmensstrategie abgestimmt ist
- Partner:in und Coach für die Führungskräfte von MEDIFOX DAN in strategischen, komplexen Personalfragen, einschließlich Organisationsgestaltung, Skalierung, Bindungsstrategien, Führungsentwicklung sowie Effektivität der Manager:innen
- Schaffung einer Kultur und eines Arbeitsumfelds, das die Geschäftsstrategie unterstützt, das Engagement der Mitarbeiter:innen fördert und zu hervorragenden Leistungen anspornt
- Beratung von Führungskräften bei der Führung ihrer Teams durch organisatorische Veränderungen
- Umsetzung des Personalbedarfs sowie Zusammenarbeit mit dem People Team, um die Umsetzung der Pläne und das Erreichen der gewünschten Ergebnisse sicherzustellen
- Bereitstellung und Umsetzung von zentralen HR-Programmen und -Prozessen
- Vollständige Nutzung des People-Support-Modells, um Skalierbarkeit, größtmögliche Wirkung und ein optimales Mitarbeitererlebnis zu gewährleisten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Funktionen und People Centers of Excellence, einschließlich Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, BIDS, um wirkungsvolle und innovative Personalprogramme zu entwerfen, zu testen und zu skalieren
- Leitung eines Teams bestehend aus People Business Partner:innen sowie People Business Advisors
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller arbeitsrechtlichen Bestimmungen und Vorschriften

**Qualifikationen**:

- Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet, Master-Abschluss bevorzugt
- Mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Personalwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich, davon mindestens 5 Jahre in einer Führungsposition
- Erfahrung in einem Softwareunternehmen des Gesundheitssektors ist von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in einem wachsenden globalen Unternehmen
- Handlungsorientierung und die Fähigkeit, kurzfristige Entscheidungen mit einer längerfristigen Vision in Einklang zu bringen
- Außergewöhnliche Fähigkeiten im Management von Kundenbeziehungen sowie Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Beziehungen zu hochrangigen Führungskräften, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, Entscheidungsträger zu strategischem und kritischem Denken zu bewegen
- Ausgezeichnete Führungsqualitäten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und zwischenmenschliche Kompetenz
- Coaching, Problemlösungskompetenz und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
- Idealerweise wohnen Sie im Norden Deutschlands und haben eine gute Anbindung an den Standort Hildesheim (bei Hannover), um bei persönlichen Meetings vor Ort zu sein
