As Head of the Corporate Development Office you lead, manage and motivate a team of passionate experts, responsible for the development and execution of the group's continuous success, including Group Strategy, M&A, Digital Transformation, CSR, Sennheiser Mobility, Lab X as well as other group defining topics that emerge out of the group strategy process
As part of the extended management board you provide strategic direction and ensure that the organization's business strategies are aligned with its long-term goal and vision
You oversee the development and execution of strategic programs across the organization, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives and effective project management
The development and implementation of CSR initiatives also falls in your area of responsibility
