**Workplace**:

- We are mainly looking for this role to be based within Germany, preferably in our HQ in Berlin
- We are a remote first company, with teams located around the Globe, and our HQ office in Berlin where the team often meets in the office

**Our hiring process for this role**:

- Your Talent Partner (TP) and point of contact is Natalie Bargamon and the Hiring Manager is Ana Valentim
- Interview (TP) > Interview (HM) > Final Interview > Reference check > Offer

**Who you are**:

- At least 4 years of experience in talent attraction and acquisition, either from an in-house or agency model, and you would like to be part of building the foundation team of a business with a unique value proposition
- You want to be part of an international and diverse start-up company and play a key role in its identity development
- You are passionate about Talent topics, and you can drive our efforts in delivering our hiring manager’s needs by attracting the right talent
- You can build trusted relationships and use your excellent judgment and strong communication skills across all levels of an organization
- You feel comfortable in the start-up environment, with a Global footprint, and a very diverse team
- You want to be part of an international and diverse start-up company and play a key role in its identity development
- Data analysis and measurement: the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure the impact of the hiring initiatives
- You have experience managing your processes with ATS, keeping it updated and data accurate
- You are fluent in English (German language skills are a plus)
- You are based/open to relocating to Berlin

**What you'll do**:

- You will do what you know best and attract the talent that fulfils hiring managers’ expectations and requirements for Tech & Product related roles
- You will proactively source and attract Talent for all our vacancies across multiple locations Germany, Brazil, India, Vietnam, Philippines, Mexico, Africa and Indonesia
- You will develop hiring manager relationships by being able to advise, influence, and manage expectations
- You will interview and assess active & passive talent and present the opportunities that meet their career aspirations
- You will develop a talent network by actively sourcing, networking, attending events, and getting involved in the industry
- You will track and keep up to date with the relevant distribution channels, and continuously improve different hiring approaches.
- Take ownership of a broad range of business positions, many of which are senior-level roles
- You will contribute to the Distribusion brand development as a Talent Partner via events, employer brand, quality processes
