To strengthen our international team we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employer Branding expert to join our Global HR department. As a key member of the Global Talent team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our global Talent Attraction strategy, positioning Munich Re as an Employer of Choice among top talent worldwide. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, to build impactful initiatives aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent.

In addition to global responsibilities, you will partner with the team driving Employer Branding efforts at our headquarters in Munich, Germany, ensuring our position as an employer of choice is significantly strengthened locally as well.

YOUR JOB
- Drive anchoring of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) both internally and externally, ensuring strong ties to organizational objectives and in response to changing market conditions
- As part of the HR social media strategy team, ensure EB campaign objectives are met and further developed
- Shape the introduction of an authentic employee advocacy program to enhance employee engagement and promote an inspiring employer brand
- Provide guidance and support to regional teams in executing regional employer branding initiatives while ensuring alignment with global branding guidelines
- Support regional Employer Branding efforts at our headquarters in Munich and throughout the DACH region
- Lead cross-regional project teams tasked to define global EB positioning both online and offline
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and industry organizations to stay updated on best practices and trends in employer branding
- Further develop and maintain a robust and holistic framework for tracking and analyzing key Talent Attraction metrics and KPIs

YOUR PROFILE
- Extensive work experience gained in a similar Employer Branding capacity within a multinational organization or international agency setting
- A deep understanding and proven track record in driving Employer Branding efforts holistically and cross-regionally
- Strong project management skills and experience in global EB framework design and concept activation (EVP activation, Career website design, Social Media strategy, EB Campaign concepts, toolkit design etc.)
- Experienced in steering external agencies as well as complex stakeholder groups
- Analytical and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research, analyze data and make informed recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build momentum and thrive in inter-cultural teams
- A passion for compelling story telling and engagement concepts
- Business fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level in both languages)
