Customer Support Administrator

Customer Support Administrator located in Weiterstadt, Germany is responsible for the delivery of customer support

through efficient quoting, order processing of sales, and follow-up via various communication channels.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Provide support and information to customers upon request
- Prepare repair quotations for customers
- Review Customer Purchase Orders and Terms of Conditions; identify parts and quote prices & delivery for orders; enter Customer Purchase Orders into NAVISION system
- Communicate with Customers regarding delivery
- Proactive communication with dealers, and sales management
- Support in managing quality issues and RMA procedure, including the issuance of RMA’s for returning product
- Assist with the generation of Customer Order paperwork and packaging related to Service work orders
- Provide support to the Service Center technicians and Outside Sales Representatives
- Assist Customer with documentation and foreign government certificates, including commercial invoices for logistics and manage export/freight requirements, as needed.
- Answer phones and respond to Customer correspondence
- Administration of stock levels
- Provide support with sales and service order management and maintaining records in Salesforce
- Manage sufficient stock levels, stock counting and warehouse management locally

**Position Requirements**
- Commercial office education required, business degree a plus
- 5 years’ experience and basic knowledge of administrative recordkeeping, order entry and general familiarity with contracts and commercial processes, reporting and export documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to work independently, prioritize your workload in a commercially effective manner.
- Decision-making skills
- Organizational skills, attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills, creativity, and strategic thinking to adapt to a challenging business environment.
- Bilingual administrator, fluent in German and English, additional languages a plus
- Ability to work with others as a member of a remote team in a fast-paced environment.
