Hier kannst du dich verwirklichen
- Analyse der Distributions-, Listungs-, und Platzierungssituation bei den potenziellen Accounts mit Akquise neuer Kunden im Fast-Moving-Consumer-Goods-Bereich, wie z.B. Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, Mineralölgesellschaften, Kioske.
- Strategieentwicklung und -implementierung für den FMCG- und LEH-Bereich durch Aufbereitung von Markt
- und Kundendaten sowie Daten aus dem internen Warenwirtschaftssystem.
- Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Listungen zum Distributionsausbau in Kundengesprächen telefonisch und in Kundenterminen vor Ort.
- Verantwortung für die Planung, Umsetzung und Verbesserung der strategischen Salesmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing und Vape Dinner Lady UK.
- Konzeptionierung von kundenspezifischenWerbekampagnen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam.
Das wünschen wir uns von dir
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Sales
- und / oder Marketingbereich.
- Du hast bereits im FMCG / LEH Bereich gearbeitet (Konsumgüter, Genussmittel, Tabak, Getränke/ Spirituosen, Süßwaren).
- Du bist begeisterungsfähig und hast den Drive, eigenständig sowie mit deinem Team Dinge anzupacken und umzusetzen.
- Eine hohe analytische Kompetenz und die Erfahrung relevante Salesziele, Budgetplanungen und KPIs aufzusetzen.
- Du bist ziel
- und lösungsorientiert und kannst strategisch neue Prozesse und Strukturen im Unternehmen einführen.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, mündlich sowie schriftlich.
