Wir sind ein international tätiges E-Commerce Unternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf dem Onlinevertrieb von hochwertigen Lebensmitteln (Kaffee, Tee, Schokolade, Öle), Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln sowie Naturprodukten und beschäftigen ca. 70 Mitarbeiter. Wir vertreiben unsere Produkte über diverse Online-Marktplätze und Webshops in über 40 Ländern weltweit.

Die Eberlein und Kunz GbR hat sich dabei unter anderem zum größten Amazon Marketplace Händler im Bereich Food im deutschsprachigen Raum entwickelt.

Wir suchen zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt einen **Head of Finance (m/w/d)**.

**Was sind Deine Aufgaben**:
Als Head of Finance baust du die Finanzabteilung auf. Es geht um Finanzpläne, Forecasts, Controlling und Steuerthemen auf strategischer und taktischer Ebene, um den Aufbau von Team, Strukturen und Systemen, aber auch um die Sicherstellung der operativen Finance-Prozesse wie Debitoren
- und Kreditoren-Buchhaltung und Zahlungsabwicklung:

- Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich Finance, sowie fachliche und disziplinarische Personalverantwortung des Bereichs
- Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung und die Erstellung der termingerechten Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse inklusive Inventur sowie für die monatlichen Steueranmeldungen und Jahressteuererklärungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater und erster Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Behörden zu Finanzthemen sowie Begleitung von Abschluss
- und Betriebsprüfungen
- Stetige Optimierung, Weiterentwicklung und Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung bestehender Prozesse im Bereich Finanzmanagement
- Erstellen von Finanz-Reports für die Geschäftsführung
- Beteiligung beim Aufbau eines Data Warehouse
- Schnittstellenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen und insbesondere der Procurementabteilung

**Was bringst Du mit**:
Du bist eine positive und proaktive Persönlichkeit und hast die Fähigkeit, gleichzeitig erfolgreich mehrere Projekte zu leiten oder an diesen zu arbeiten. Darüber hinaus bringst du folgende Voraussetzungen mit, um dich für die Stelle zu qualifizieren:

- Du hast bereits in früheren Positionen umfangreiche Erfahrungen als Head of Finance oder in einer vergleichbaren Position in einem Startup oder digitalen Unternehmen gesammelt
- Du hast ein erfolgreiches Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften / Finanzwissenschaften / Wirtschaftsmathematik oder MBA absolviert mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling, Kostenrechnung und Finanzierung. Alternativ auch vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du hast eine Erfolgsbilanz in der finanziellen Führung beim Aufbau oder der Skalierung eines E-Commerce-Unternehmens zu verzeichnen
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung aus einem Startup oder internationalen Umfeld mit und hast Führungserfahrung
- Du denkst analytisch und hast sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache
- Du beherrschst souverän alle gängigen Software-Applikationen und Tools, die eine effiziente Finanzabteilung erfolgreich machen
- Du hast vertiefte Kenntnisse des Europäischen Umsatzsteuerrechts (OSS-Verfahren, Verkauf in UK, Klassifizierung von Mehrwertsteuersätzen)
