**Head of Sales / Business Development (m/w/d)**

**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Leitung, Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Sales-Team
- Verantwortlich für die Vertriebsplanung, Erstellung von Vertriebsstrategien und Aufsetzen und Nachhalten von KPIs
- Key Account-Management mit Krankenkassen (Akquise, Verhandlung von Kontingenten etc.)
- Aufsetzen von unterstützenden Marketingmaßnahmen
- Optimierung der Sales Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren MD Consultants und unserem Customer Success Management
- Messe
- und Kongressplanung
**Dein Profil**:
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Sales-Bereich und als Leitung eines Sales-Teams
- Erfahrung im Pflege-Sektor wären optimal, du verstehst wie Krankenkassen und auch Pflegeeinrichtungen „ticken“
- Du agierst unternehmerisch, verlierst unsere Unternehmensziele nicht aus den Augen und führst dabei dein Team menschenzentriert
- Du setzt gerne neue Ideen und Strategien um und lässt dich von Rückschlägen nicht unterkriegen
- Du kennst das Start-Up Leben und feierst es
**Willst Du etwas bewegen?**
Das Business Development-Team besteht aktuell aus unseren MD Consultants, unserem Customer Success Management und unserem Key Account Management. Bisher wurde die Position des HoS durch unseren CEO abgedeckt, doch da wir auf Wachstumskurs sind wollen wir den Sales-Bereich durch deinen Einsatz noch weiter fokussiert professionalisieren.
Wir bei RetroBrain arbeiten überwiegend remote, treffen uns aber regelmäßig in unserem Hamburger Büro (mind. alle 2 Wochen für 1-2 Tage).
