Summary

For the department "Order Center Optronics" in the area Customer Services we are looking for a "Specialist Customer Services (f/m/d)" at the location Oberkochen at the earliest opportunity.

The Customer Service is responsible for establishing the supply availability of the corresponding HENSOLDT products and the subsequent supply and customer support. In our department we lay the logístical foundations for a successful service business of the Customer Service of HENSOLDT Optronics in the ILS phase. In the utilization phase (In-Service Support), we deliver various services based on contractual agreements to keep our customers' optoelectronic products and systems in operation with the highest possible availability.

Your Tasks- Commercial project management for maintenance projects- Assumption of various commercial topics in Customer Services (such as preparation of quotations, costing, contract processing)- Supporting the management of the Order Center and the commercial management of Customer Services- Coordination of capacity requirements of internal and external service providers- Carrying out key figure reporting- Holistic repair order processing from receipt of goods to redelivery including subcontract management- Management of national and international customer contacts / customer support

Your Profile
- Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or in the commercial sector with a good technical understanding or comparable
- Commercial project experience
- Experience in order processing in customer service and supply chain management desirable
- Extensive SAP knowledge mandatory
- Relevant knowledge of export and customs regulations (ideally also ITAR) as well as initial professional experience in the defence industry would be an advantage
- Experience and knowledge in tender preparation and contract management, also regarding public price law
- Communication skills as well as excellent organizational skills and ability to work on one's own initiative
- Business fluent German and very good English skills, Intermediate French Skills
