Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer/einem motivierten und ambitionierten Senior Legal Counsel (m/w/d) Labour Law, der/die uns bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Teams unterstützt, unser Unternehmen auf die nächste Entwicklungsstufe begleitet und somit direkten Einfluss auf unseren Erfolg nimmt.
Deine Aufgaben - Paint the world green
- Du führst zusammen mit deinem Direct Report den Bereich Arbeitsrecht mit internationalem Scope
- Mit deinen maßgeschneiderten und pragmatischen Lösungen für innovative Projekte und rechtlichen Fragestellungen, trägst Du aktiv zum Wachstum und der Expansion bei
- Du berätst unser C-Level Team und unsere Führungskräfte juristisch zu Themen im Individual
- und Kollektivarbeitsrecht auf internationaler Basis
- Du entwickelst und setzt eigenständige tragfähiger Lösungen bei unternehmensweiten rechtlichen Fragestellungen um, wie etwa Compensation Packages und Mitarbeiterbeteiligungsprogrammen
- Du unterstützt die Verhandlungen bei M&A-Prozessen sowie bei weiteren PMI Projekten (z.B. im Rahmen unserer Acquisition von Greyhound in den USA)
- Du führst eigenverantwortlich Vertragsverhandlungen sowie -prüfungen durch
- Du unterstützt die verschiedenen Abteilungen bei ihren arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen und Themen und leitest deine internen Stakeholder souverän durch jede Situation
- Du bist stets im engen Austausch mit unserem Legal & Compliance Team um gemeinsam strategische Vorgehensweisen abzustimmen
Dein Profil - Ready to hop on board
- Volljurist (m/w/d) mit zwei juristischen Staatsexamina
- Mind. 5 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Arbeitsrecht in einem dynamischen Unternehmensumfeld und/oder in einer Kanzlei mit Klienten im hyper growth Sektor
- Mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung im globalen Umfeld, internationale Policies sowie Kenntnisse in Mitarbeiterbeteilungsprogrammen und deren steuerrechtlichen Auswirkungen sind kein Fremdgebiet
- Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge, verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, pragmatische, juristisch-saubere Lösungen für das Business zu erarbeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe juristische Sachverhalte prägnant und verständlich darzustellen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
