As Specialist Customer Logistics Management Representative (f/m/div)* you will be responsible for all order management activities as well as for regional logistics coordination. You will act as the first point of contact (f/m/div*) for all activities related to the fulfillment of customer needs at Infineon customers - from start to finish For this, you can rely on an international team full of experts.

In your new role you will:

- Be an active member of the account team to **enable customer growth **by being the **first point of contact for Infineon **demand fulfillment issues.
- You will **promote Supply Chain **as a competitive advantage and **win the hearts of customers by understanding their requirements and aiming for a win-win solution.**:

- **Manage end-to-end demand fulfillment **transparently and **ensure on-time delivery to customers **based on orders and forecasts to create a unique customer experience.
- **Understand Infineon's capabilities **, customer business and markets, implemented supply chain concepts and agreements, and regulatory requirements.
- **Drive solutions through close communication and collaboration **with all relevant internal stakeholders including CLM Competence Center, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Planner and Allocation Manager.
- You will strive to **continuously optimize customer supply chain requirements **aligned with Infineon's business strategies and objectives to support Infineon's profitable growth.

You are best equipped for this role if you have the following:

- A **completed apprenticeship in the commercial **field and an additional recognized **2-year professional training **in supply chain or business administration or comparable qualification (Bachelor's Degree)
- At least **1 year of supply chain experience **with an enjoyment of working in a customer service environment.
- **Pro-active **and able to work under pressure.
- **Good interpersonal skills **to handle difficult situations and be a **team player **.
- **Analytical skills **are essential to maintain optimal supply and demand coverage.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills in **English **and **German **, both written and verbal.
