**Whom we are looking for**

We are seeking a highly autonomous Senior Product Owner to lead the development of our Current Account product, designed specifically for international students planning to study in Germany. This role is a key position within Fintiba, focused on refining our Current Account to complement our main product offering, the Blocked Account, and enhance long-term customer retention.

**Your area of responsibility**
- Drive the strategic direction and development of the Current Account product to meet the specific needs of our international customer base.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align product vision and ensure seamless integration with existing services.
- Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs and potential product enhancements.
- Implement and iterate on product features based on feedback and performance metrics to ensure superior customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception through to launch and post-launch evaluation.

**What you bring with you**
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in the fintech sector, ideally with exposure to B2C products.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships both internally and externally.
- Strong proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to act swiftly on opportunities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a track record of developing products that cater to user needs and enhance customer engagement.
- Independent and innovative thinker with the capacity to drive projects to successful completion.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are beneficial but not required.
