Flexible Arbeitszeiten nach betriebswirtschaftlichen Interessen (Arbeitszeiteinteilung liegt im Ermessen des vorgesetzten Area Managers)
Zwei Wochenenddienste pro Monat sind Voraussetzung

**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Als Team Leader bist Du erster Ansprechpartner für Dein Team vor Ort und agierst als Schnittstelle zum Area Manager
- Du bist unseren Mitarbeitern stets ein Vorbild in Bezug auf das von ihnen erwartete Verhalten
- Du stellst im Alltag eine positive Teamatmosphäre sicher
- Du sicherst operative Abläufe und verantwortest Qualitäts
- & Serviceanforderungen
- Du gewinnst mit Deinem Team proaktiv neue Mitglieder und stellst gemeinsam mit Deinem Area Manager das Erreichen der Unternehmensziele in Deinem Studio sicher
- Du kümmerst Dich um alle anfallenden Studioaufgaben
- Neben dem grundlegenden Aufgabengebiet des Team Leaders, kannst
- Du gerne im Bereich der aktiven Trainingsbetreuung tätig sein und maximal einen Trainingsplan-Termin pro Tag geben.**UNSERE MEETINGKULTUR**:

- Alle zwei Wochen Jour Fixe-Termin mit Deinem Area Manager
- Zum Monatsende erfolgt ein Team Leader-Meeting zwischen allen bestehenden Team Leadern
- Die im Team Leader-Meeting erarbeiteten Themen werden anschließend zur weiteren Bearbeitung an das obere Management kommuniziert

**SO ÜBERZEUGST DU UNS**:

- Du verfügst über ein/e erfolgreich abgeschlossene/s Ausbildung/Studium im Fitnessbereich (ein berufsbegleitendes Masterstudium während Deiner Tätigkeit als Team Leader ist uneingeschränkt möglich)
- Du trittst positiv, selbstsicher und repräsentativ auf
- Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis
- Deine Sozialkompetenz und Empathie paarst Du mit einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsstärke
- Du denkst stets lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
- Du hast Spaß daran, Dinge in Deinem Studio voranzutreiben und andere zu motivieren
