Mit Dir in der Position des Senior Director Organizational Development (m/w/d) wollen wir diesen Vorsprung ausbauen und weiterwachsen. In Deiner Funktion bist Du für die Standards und die Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensweiten Organisationsstruktur und unserer internen Verfahren, Prozesse und Performancemessung verantwortlich. **Was Du bei uns machst**:

- Du verantwortest die Organisationsentwicklung und das Effizienzmanagement mit dem Ziel, die Performance und Leistungsfähigkeit des Unternehmens zu steigern
- Du implementierst Initiativen zur Optimierung von Entscheidungs
- und Geschäftsprozessen, für eine kontinuierliche Performanceverbesserung
- Du begleitest und analysierst strategische und organisatorische Transformationen, zur Etablierung eines nachhaltigen Betriebsmodells
- Du definierst die Roadmap für die Optimierung der Prozesse und bist verantwortlich für die Kommunikation auf Senior-Management
- und Vorstandsebene
- Du arbeitest sehr eng mit dem Top Management und den bereichsübergreifenden Schnittstellen wie z.B. Controlling und HR zusammen

**Was Du mitbringst**:

- Du verfügst über mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich der Organisationsentwicklung und Organisationsdesign auf globaler und funktionsübergreifender Ebene
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Leitung großer interdisziplinärer Projekte im Bereich Performance Improvement / Organisationsentwicklung, sowie in der Konzeption und Umsetzung bereichsübergreifender Initiativen
- Du überzeugst durch ausgezeichnete analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und hast siehst dich als "Herr der KPIs"
- Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken mit, arbeitest strukturiert, effizient und stets Performance-getrieben
- Du besitzt fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel und Powerpoint

Der Bereich Unternehmensentwicklung fasst die internen Beratungseinheiten der SIXT Gruppe zusammen. Das Aufgabenspektrum beinhaltet zum einen Projekte zur Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsfelder und Produkte, Wachstumsinitiativen in existierenden Geschäftsfeldern und M&A-Projekte.
