We have an international presence with our lounges in Cologne, Zug and Hong Kong and others. HEAD OF MARKETING (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS
- You develop and implement effective international Brand & Marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives
- You lead and cultivate a high-performance culture of our Brand & Marketing team
- You conduct market research to optimize our campaigns across all channels and to gain competitive insights about current marketing trends
- You manage the marketing budget and establish respective efficient and scalable KPIs of the Marketing & Brand activities
- In your role within our Management team, you are responsible for steering and expanding collaboration with different external Marketing stakeholders and aligning all activities to current business objectives

YOUR PROFILE - WHAT MAKES YOU TICK
- You gained several years of professional, generalistic Marketing experience, with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful Brand/Marketing strategies
- You have strong leadership competencies to inspire and guide your team, fostering collaboration and a positive work culture
- You have excellent communication skills in German and English with strong hands-on, interpersonal and networking abilities to convey ideas, negotiate partnerships, and build relationships with different stakeholders
- You bring expertise in designing and implementing digital marketing and brand strategies and are familiar with using relevant (online) Marketing & CRM tools along with MS Office products
- You are an expert in conducting data analysis and market research to understand customer behaviour, identify target markets, and measure campaign effectiveness. Knowledge about the luxury watch industry is an advantage
- You have strong expertise in managing budgets, efficiently allocating resources, and steering relevant Marketing KPIs
